One of my favorite recipes from the new cookbook is found on page 127 Cornmeal-Crusted Buffalo Tempeh with White Bean Ranch.
I love this different spin rather than buffalo cauliflower wings you see (& we have a recipe for) all over the place. Tempeh gives much more texture and "meat" to the recipe.
Not only will you love this but the entire family (who might not be 100% plant-based). Perfect for Steeler games (had to drop in my Pittsburgh roots) or as a special Friday night dinner.
I also really like cutting the buffalo strips into smaller pieces and adding them into farro or salad - very tasty!!

What peppers did you use in his hot sauce recipe to make yours red? Also when it says “ ___ ounces fresh hot chiles of your choice....” is that ___ ounces before or after you have stemmed, halved lengthwise, seeded and chopped??? Thanks!
My favorite is the Chickpea and Vegetable Tagine. Love that you are highlighting a recipe on Thursdays. Encourages me to try new ones.
My grand daughter got me the cookbook for Christmas she let me have it early so I am eager to try it out I watch you as much as possible keep up the good work love you ❤️❤️❤️
My favorite Dr. Greger recipe is Cherry Berry Smoothie. Simple and delish!
