I wanted to share our whole food plant based shamrock shake recipe again on my channel. We adore this simple, fast, and refreshing healthy shamrock shake.
Perfect for those of us who used to look forward to McDonald's March 1st release of the shamrock shake.
Anytime I have fresh mint I am usually making a batch of our shamrock shake recipe for ourselves and company.

Shamrock Shake
Ingredients:
2 cups unsweetened non dairy milk
2 cups spinach
2 frozen bananas
1/4 cup fresh mint
2 pitted dates
1 tsp matcha (optional)
1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
Directions:
+Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth and creamy.

I finally got a chance to make this and share it with my mom, who’s trying to follow a WFPB diet, and we both loved it! This healthy, oh-so-much-greener version of the old McDonalds classic is oh-so-much better because you actually feel good after drinking it, and the flavor of fresh mint adds such a wonderful, refreshing depth to it.
