The Plantastic Neuroplastic Meatballs are very simple to make, and have a beautiful combination of whole foods you might have not thought to make into meatballs! Sweet potato, beets, quinoa, greens, and more.
I love how versatile this recipe can be: meatballs or even a burger patty. We made ours sos-free and baked them for around 30 minutes. They hold up fantastic and would make for a great travel food.
